heres a nice poem tt i really love alot haha... i find it super beautiful... ui bot the collection of william blakes poems for this poem alone... cos it rocks man haha

The tiger
tiger, tiger burning bright
in the forests of the night
what immortal hand or eye
could frame thy mortal symmetry?

in what distant deeps or skies
burnt the fire of thine eyes?
on what wings dare he aspire?
and what the hand dare seize the fire?

and what shoulder and what art
could twist the sinews of thy heart?
and, when thy heart began to beat,
what dread hand and what dread feet?

what the hammer? what the chain?
in what furnace was thy brain?
what the anvil? what dread grasp
dare its deadly terros clasp?

when the stars threw down their spears
and watered heaven with their tears
did e smile his work to see?
did He who made the lamb make thee?

tiger, tiger, burning bright
in the forests of the night
what immortal hand or eye
dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

ahh... so nice rite... i espically like it cos of the christian connotation... and i like the rhythm of the poem too... and the fact tt the last verse and the first one are the same... very nice ending... haha... as mrs leong would say... like it has come full circle... craps... im missing lit now haha... oh dear... nvm nvm... this poem is even nice when read aloud haha... i wanns try to memorise it... so far i got the first line down... hahaha... a bit more! and ill get there!
